Let me add that one of the knocks on ISRG is that it doesn't necessarily reduce complications. My first reaction to this is, not surprising at all but when you view the pros and cons of the procedures, why is the fact that people recover much faster from this procedure rarely mentioned?

I think it can only be truly improved by good ole competition.

Controling the number of Doctors and Hospitals is certainly not the correct direction.
