Doug,or anyone with a suggestion: I ahve finished reading Edwards and MaGee,Technical Analysis. I was wondering what would be your suggestion for the next couple of books? I have lot's of time to read, broke my leg in oct. and will be laid up till feb. Also: what would be the most user friendly TA software available? I would really like to try to learn more on my own and no web site seems to have the charting apps. I need. Thank you in advance!

Doug, Thanks for the detailed explanation of PGDCEB. Im trying to learn from everyones posts here and from the over 7000+ posts on TA for beginners (I'm on post 1600 and have cut and pasted 60+ pages). I will also get 4 of the recommended TA text books for my Bday friday and will start reading so I can undrstand TA better. I really appreciate all the advice all of you have given me and will keep lurking until I learn enough to contribute. Ive done some basic TA (using MA and volume) and have selected two stocks BSX and RATL. Is there any way someone could help me with the TA of these stocks? TIA Theo
