That's the perfect strategy where Oripoffcare isn't defunded, it just makes Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid and their Staffs have to use the Exchanges to buy sub-quality care.

The Dems are not voting for the bill the House Rs have contrived because it chooses to mix their ideological objections to Obamacare with the funding of the US gov't. Its Taliban terrorism.

And let me remind you.......Obamacare was passed years ago by Congress, approved by the president, and upheld by the USSC.
