Are you OK? It's been more than three weeks since your last post .. There is a federal mmj program. It currently has four patients on the program. These four patients have been receiving 300 pre rolled joints per month for more than 30 years. Supplied by the federal government. They shut down the program to new applicants in the 1980s. It has now been reopened. The program will now allow fifty new patients into the program. Children only. Fifty children. hightimes.com
