I need to explain this!! As I said, your culture still embraces slavery. Hence you would not comprehend what folks like Dr. King, Gandhi, Mandela and Tutu said about freedom and dignity of human beings. That famous saying of Gandhi when he was accosted by an arresting British police officer who told Gandhi that the British were in India legally and that he was arresting Gandhi because "he violated the laws" At which point Gandhi said something like "You have no right to curtail my freedom. We have the same Father and he is the one who makes laws which includes freedom, our birthright. You have violated that law and I have not." Very powerful words. So don't talk to me about Constitution. Morality and the laws of God comes first. In a moral world, even Mother Teresa's word does not hold true where she said about a dying man on the streets of Calcutta that she would pick up and bring to her ashram: "We could not give this man a decent life, let us at least ensure that we give this man a decent death." In Obamacare, we will ensure that every American gets a decent life, a dignified life in sickness and sorrow. This is the moral law. The Tea Party doesn't get it.
