Was wondering why Carl Icahn is so active in requesting AAPL to buy back shares, now it seems quite clear his companies are stuck with a 2 billion investment in AAPL.

the way I know he operates those amounts are quite leveraged. I presume the $2 billion are leveraged positions and he tries to get out or otherwise he is on the hook on $2 billion in a company that operates in a highly competitive market.

My take is that this stock is now a highly speculative investment, and past its peak performance at $700+.

I would not buy this stock until proven otherwise
