We cannot have a fruitful discussion on this subject without having a clear understanding of the term "Israel" and "Jew". Since we have totally different understandings of these terms, our comments and biblical explanations are flying over our heads. So let's try to arrive at a clear understanding of what we mean by the word "Israel" and "Jew". The only sure method of looking at these words the way God intended is for us to get our understanding from divine revelation.
In biblical times Jacob (supplanter) became ----> Israel (strove with God) became -----> name for 13 sons of Jacob, ----->also name for northern 10 tribes in contrast to southern tribes of Judah, levi and Benjamin, also ---->also used refer to people of faith of Abraham.---->Jesus frequently used the word Israel when speaking of 13 tribes.
Today the word Israel is used most often in media and discussions to refer to the anti-Christ Zionist nation established by the worldly anti-Christian UN in 1948. They cleverly used the biblical name Israel to deceive the Christian people. Theodor Herzl's was an atheist and openly anti-Christ and meant to assemble the Jews of the world in this new political entity. This modern creation of the Zionist state by the UN has nothing to do with the Israel of faith in the Bible. What Talmudic Judaism and world is trying to do is force this new anti-Christ forgery named "Israel" as the authentic representation of the Israel of God in the bible. They have nothing to do with the biblical Israel except that they use their name and pretend that they are the revival of the ancient God ordained nation. The Talmudic Judaism of today is not the Hebrew religion of the Old and New Testaments. The Israel of the Old Testament and the New Testament is not the anti-Christ Zionist Israel of today. Why?
The Zionist nation of today has nothing to do with original God ordained Israel of the bible. First, the Israel of the bible was created by God, not by man. Secondly, the Zionist Israel of today is anti-God and anti-Christ. The Zionist Israel of today was created by evil men with evil intentions. The religious foundation and inspiration for the Zionist Israel of today comes from the Babylonian Talmud, not the God of Abraham and the Torah.

With this brief historical background, let us now turn to divine revelation and see what God's has to say.
Jesus brought in a New Covenant that did away with the old. Just like Noah's covenant replaced the covenant with the descendants of Adam, so did Mosaic covenant replace the covenant with Noah

[6] Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
[7] Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
[8] That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
Paul is trying to tell us that all who call themselves Israel/Jews are not necessarily children of faith but that ONLY the children of the promise are counted for the seed. He is telling us that only those genetic Jews with the faith of Abraham are the true children of Abraham or the true seed of Abraham. The New Covenant of grace in Jesus' blood replaced the Mosaic covenant of law.
Paul's revelations follow this theme further in:
Gal.3- [16] Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. (this was the supernatural seed of faith by which multitudes would become the true children of Abraham.)
- [19] Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
27] For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
[28] There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
[29] And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promiseSt. Peter adds to the truth that the New Covenant people of God are born of incorruptible---the word of God
1Pet.1- [23] Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. (we are born again of that same seed of faith that Abraham had, that Isaac had, and that Jacob had.)
Saint Paul picks up the same theme in his epistle to the Romans 2
[28] For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
[29] But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
St. Peter's confirms these clear teachings of St. Paul on who is a real Jews under the New Covenant:
1Pet.2- [9] But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
Finally St. John picks up this theme in Revelation
Rev.2- [9] I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.
Rev.3- [9] Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, ....----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
With all this testimony from the divine revelations of God there is no doubt that the New Covenant Israel/Jew becomes those with faith in Christ Jesus. The promises of God are fulfilled and all the true Israel of God, those with the faith of Abraham, will and have accepted Jesus as son of God and savior.
Bottom line: If you insist on equating ancient Israel with the modern anti-Christ Talmudic state of Israel and equating the Hebrew religion of the Old Testament with the totally different religion of modern Talmudic Judaism, then it's impossible to answer your question in a meaningful manner.
The Israel of God in Christ Jesus will play a role in the end times. So will those who follow the false religion of Talmudic Judaism. The true Jews and Israel of God in Christ will suffer glorious persecution and martyrdom for their faith in Messiah Jesus. Those who follow Talmudic Judaism, the Synagogue of Satan will lead the persecution of true Israel of God--the Christian people. The emphasis of God for the last 2000 years has been on His son Jesus and the Christian people (Israel of God). God loves all people and Jesus died for the sins of the whole world. His eyes are, however, focused on those who are washed in the blood of the lamb.

Sorry that it's so long but Satan has so polluted the world with false information about these subjects that only the Holy Spirit and the Word of God can restore understanding about the importance of the New Covenant---think about this: "YE ARE A CHOSEN GENERATION, A ROYAL PRIESTHOOD AND HOLY NATION." God is trying to tell us that we are a totally new nation created by word and blood of Jesus Christ.
The Christian people are this chosen generation, royal priesthood and holy nation. Satan has a major victory when can confuse Christians so that they fail to understand their heritage as heirs to the promise of Abraham. No one is excluded from these promises when they put their faith in Jesus. No one can claim these promises that reject Jesus. |
