Thanks, I had forgotten that. Getting old, I guess. What helped me forget is that he never even mentions it in his proprietary newsletter these days. I guess I am technically correct because it was still Metallum Mining in those days... I do remember missing selling some of my MMGG.OB or MMG shares for over $4 when my offer was a few pennies too high as the stock was setting its all time high, I believe in 2006. Weren't those the days? I have managed to get my cost basis under a dollar by adding at the right times and am just hoping to get out even at this point. I read a number of PRs about PEAs and feasibility studies today and every single used one either an 8% discount rate and/or something close to current metal prices, sometimes both, for its base case.
