But here’s where the hilarity comes in: Guess who was on hand to get all indignant about these poor veterans being shut out of the memorial built for them thanks to the government’s inexcusable shutdown? House Republicans! Yep, that’s right: On hand we had Tea Partier Michele Bachmann who came rushing over to save the day when she heard the commotion. “The last thing we should see in America is a barricade for World War II veterans to be prevented from coming to their memorial,” she tells CNN. “America is not shutting down. If we have anything to say about it, we’re going to keep this open.” We know these people. They were the weanies all through elementary school to hi school. They were obnoxious then and are insufferable now. Few people like them except other idiots who are like them. They are the wrong people to wield power........as we have seen the past 14 years.
