"Organized Law" != "Centralized control".

It doesn't imply or suggest that the law has to be decided at the national level.
It doesn't imply or suggest that the law has to cover most of human activity.

You can have a decentralized and/or minarchist system and still have "organized law".

Koan,
We have 330,000,000 people. We need to maintain some form of organized law. Look at countries that run with no central government. Somalia, etc.
Same old liberal straw man. Always arguing against anarchy, as if it's the only alternative to central control.

Limited government that safeguards the rights and security of its citizens has always been the core. Everything else is gravy, including liberal entitlement programs and even national parks.

We don't need to put up barriers to keep WWII vets from visiting a memorial. The vets aren't like Somali warlords. They're not going to destroy civilization.
