The BLM doesn't govern the water, the state does. As I understand the permit, it is very easily attainable. You apply for it and you get it unless there are unusual circumstances. The 99 feet doesn't really have much to do with the permit. Penetration of the water table is the governing factor.

Richard, I'm generally just a reader on this site and I appreciate your comments. Is there any reasonable reason to be optimistic about Maxam's stock in the short-term; or do you think it may go lower still?
