Eritrean Mining Interview with Victor He youn Zhi Sunridge Gold (SGC-V) by Eri TV - http://eritrea-tv.net/eritrean-mining-interview-with-victor-he-youn-zhi-sunridge-gold-by-eri-tv/# SGC has publicly stated they’re in discussions with more than one group and such discussions may or may not lead to a major corporate transaction I do know at least one of those parties and SGC senior management have been in Eritrea for about 10 days and I suspect this video was shot at a mining conference that took place all last week in Eritrea. In this brief clip, the young man notes he’s with an investment bank from Vancouver yet the graph would have you believe he’s with SGC. My guess is he was there as someone who’s company is brokering and/or advising on a possible deal and before or after what we saw some mention it involved SGC was made (even though he does try to note he can’t declare who it is in this brief clip) and the people doing the interview put up his name and SGC. It’s also possible that SGC or the interested party had him at the conference as their guest and it noted that on his badge (which if so it was SGC and that’s how the media person came up with SGC as it was on the badge we can’t see).I’ve a hunch SGC itself would sooner not have had it this way and if you remove the graph and just look at the interview, you wouldn’t know who he was referring to- but the cat is out of the bag because of the graph. I don’t wish to say anymore but knowing the financing was way oversubscribed, I suspect by next week we shall learn it has closed and hopefully any press release can also update us on corporate affairs.
