PAAS bot @ $10.10, 2% of portfolio, opening position, a long-term holding. I'll buy more in increments on lower prices.

Silver appears to have troughed at about the average cost of production for silver miner ($18-22). PAAS has been in a $10-40 range for almost all of the last 10 years, and we are at the bottom end of that range.
