Well unless the stock price falls by $1 I think the $15 million will be fully converted. I think you have started to see some conversion already. I personally am converting about 4000 this week (Friday or at the latest next Monday). Joe

As long as BNGO remains above 5, I don't see how all the warrants won't be converted. Either BNGOW holders will convert them or they will be sold to MM's at a discount to the common then converted (with the common shares sold right away presumably - or shorted before the discounted warrants are bought). We seem pretty stable at 6. Recent political news isn't having any effect. Darlington deal should close soon after the warrant call finishes and be accretive to earnings. What am I missing?
