LOL! It was even better than my Mobile Court Unit (MCU) idea, because the perpetrator ensured that the en route trial phase was not possible. The police officers skipped right to the execution stage, as the situation demanded, and they absolutely nailed it. It was a flawless elimination of a social crime problem and violent felon. I think the MEU was your adaptation of my MCU idea. LOL! But seriously, under my plan, we must afford those arrested their right to a fair, speedy trial, as the Constitution and law prescribes, while en route to a capital punishment facility.
