It was enacted without a single republican vote, only after Reid pulled a fast one in the senate. That's an undisputed fact.

And since the USSC deemed it a tax, the only way the individual mandate could stand, it should have originated in the House, according to the constitution. So on its face, it's a bogus law.

Now, the constitution gives the House the ability to fund or not fund the government. It is their legal turn to weigh in on the ACA disaster. Deal with it.
