The law, which the Supreme Court has determined to be revenue raising, did not originate in the House of Representatives as required by the Constitution. The votes in the Senate were purchased with bribes and kickbacks, and a majority of the American public want it repealed, and the law has NEVER had popular support. The law was sold on the basis of a total pack of lies. The president himself has violated the law innumerable times by providing preferential waivers, ignoring the parts of the law he doesn't like, and delaying parts he realizes cannot be implemented.

There are about 100 other challenges on constitutional grounds that have yet to be heard.

And the fucking website doesn't work.

That seems like enough to warrant a 1 year delay in implementation.
