It may be that Russian tycoons are untouchable as long as they toe the line of the god father putin, as Russia is a dictatorship disguised as an electoral democracy

It could be the Chinese tycoons go to jail sooner or later, given the rivalries and jealousies surrounding them, and given that no one single person can get away w/ murder no matter who he may be

It is possible that American tycoons can get away w/ committing crimes against the American people as long as they get an immunity card from either the NSA or Goldman Sachs ahead of time, because the political parties that run Capitol Hill are actually no different from each other no matter how the electorates cast their ballots, as America is effectively also a dictatorship disguised as a democracy, but one ruled by making up rules, all very transparent, such as one dollar one vote

As far as I am concerned, re the law breakers, hang them high, but
Re the law makers making laws in such a way to let the law breakers keep breaking, hang them higher

As noted often enough, revolutions are very cleansing, quite satisfying, but can best be appreciated from prologue to epilogue if observed from far enough away
