The supreme court says everything going on is legal and the majority are all far right Republicans. If we don't listen to the supreme court who do we listen to? Well, you do have a point there, when the supreme court becomes an arm of the progressive activists, it does show that this country may have crossed the tipping point. the simple fact is, the supreme court was wrong. But more importantly, it was the case that was brought before the court that got the stamp of approval from the USSC. There are other cases that could be brought based on different aspects of how ACA was passed as well as other aspects of constitutionality.
