Fair enough, LC..... as I found more at 5% as well.

I'm just hoping the 'takeover climate' has improved in a material way by the time the suitors start hanging around the dance hall.

Of course PEA's are inconsistent. The goal is not an attempt to provide information to make a rational decision; it's just the opposite. It is a marketing tool, the same as practically everything that is produced for publication by Wall Street. This is not a comment on Silver Bull in particular, but about the entire "investment" industry. The reason for the existence of the industry is to take money from many smaller investors to the benefit of flim-flam men who produce nothing. In a minority of cases a productive business survives the process.
