I ma not afraid. It is a matter of science. Because it is not scientific to not put things in perspective and what you mention is much more complicated than you are pointing out. E.g. Poverty and culture and other variables affects education more than schools do. You give me a room full of Jews and I can teach them with nothing but a blackboard and on a dirt floor. Because their culture prepares them to learn. << You need to look at the entire country and the history of education. Why are you afraid to focus on the areas where Dems are in control? How good is the education in Detroit? Chicago? Philadelphia? all Dem strongholds.
