My impression was that this is a problem with some CF manufacturers, not Kodak's and certainly not SNDK's. All CF cards should be fully compatible. Isn't that the reason for the existence of the Compact Flash Association? The CFA logo is supposed to mean that a CF card is fully compatible with the standard. Apparently, some manufacturers slipped thru with only partially compatible cards.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

I still think this will be good for SNDK as people will be scared into buying SNDK CF.
