Getting people covered is a good first step. Now all we have to do is get the corporations out of the way.
I think the first thing that will happen is a lot of state pools will be merged because of cost advantages. The feds have a chance to do this in the states where they are running the exchanges. There are also states working on getting SP, including mine.
It's gonna take a few years. Maybe 40.
