But you missed the part about the producers getting their share FIRST. The hunters coming back didn't have their catch taken and distributed: they got their share first. The great builder didn't have his home taken and given to somebody else. He got to live/use his building. The tool and weapon maker didn't have his tools or weapons taken from him and given to somebody else. He got first choice. And nobody would dare try to make the witch doctor heal somebody they didn't want to heal. They were payed to heal, but only if they wanted to heal. Sadly, the type of communism you describe just doesn't come to mankind by individual choice ... unless you happen to be somebody who can't hunt, build, make or heal. "So getting rid of poverty is pretty damn important to society." And so trivial to cure: just give money to the poor. Problem solved. Poverty eliminated. R2O
