"A recently completed Phase I clinical trial showed that DepoMorphine, when administered in normal volunteers, reached a maximum tolerated dose of 30 mg. Current treatment with un-encapsulated morphine sulfate consists of between 2 and 10 mg of drug over the first 24 hours". More results like this will be the justification for the next higher level of valuation (assuming Cyt approval is favorable) by the one and only key investor ... institutional. Forget everything else. IMO. Dave.

<<<<<when administered in normal volunteers, reached a maximum tolerated dose of 30 mg. ......if average patient get 2-10 mg and they can tolerate up to 30--this is a very good sign of its safety--we already know it is effective. ......the ODAC is just one milestone to get through. if they get a nod on the 18th, there may be no huge bounce up--too many people know that this happens with bios. ......look what happened with entremed. lots of folks that jumped in praying for the bounce got killed instead. ......the more i hear about this company the safer i feel about my investment--and i don't mean just unitl 12/18.
