and so does violating constitutional process to pass a bill that was fraudulently altered without the buy-in of anybody on the other side nor even giving enough time for anybody who was voting on it to read the damn thing. That is total BS.......show the evidence.... The House passed it, the Senate passed it...... The Tea Baggers whine about it....
