It surely should. And I agree with you, it's coming. It just doesn't make sense to give money to people who don't need it- unless you think, as John does, that this country would let poor old people starve if we didn't give money to people who don't need it. But that's not going to fly with young people who really need money NOW. So it will change. And I think America is a big enough country to keep elderly citizens from penury. But I guess we'll see.
