Your entire thesis starts out dead wrong. Maybe that is your problem? E.g. you say: "And you have heard of the Soviet Union and Mao, right? You had your chance to use social 'science' to cure all ills. Do you think those were democracies that employed social science?? You need a history lesson. They were brutal dictatorships and they killed the liberals and social scientist's and certainly did not use social science. In fact both dictator's killed the social scientist's. As did Hitler and Pol Pot. All four dictatorships killed the intellectuals. Bad analogy.
