DJXXA...dec 79's...got them at 7/16 just before the close
Friday, and that is where they still are sitting, darn it.

Say, if someone would answer this for me, don't
the DEC index options stop trading a bit earlier than the
equity options...like next Wednesday instead of Friday?

I only dabble in the puts, purely for entertainment and, being
mainly a saver, I have yet to demonstrate to myself that I have
any skill trading, especially the options.

Also--somebody mentioned that the options on the dow are
European style--I hope that does not mean my DJXXA's are
something entirely different from a plain vanilla put. Did
I buy something too funky and get over my head--the first
order taker I spoke when I got them could not even execute
my order even though I told him the symbol and everything.

Finally, I did not see your ideas on options listed in
your previous posts--maybe you could post the links.
