To get a reasonable premium ($163 a month for example) a young person has to take on a $6000 or so deductible (assuming they are making over the 25k a year and don't qualify for a subsidy). They still have to pay to see the Dr. in their minds. And they are not going to make that deal IMHO. They'd rather pay the fine which is much cheaper and save their (worthless) premium money for the Dr

This is going to be a huge problem for the AFC act IMHO.
