I was merely correcting an error you made on two counts.

1. The correct clinical reference to the medical condition would have been "Congenital Hypothyroidism." Since you didn't have the correct term, I provided a little explanation.

2. Congenital Hypothyroidism in adults in America is extremely rare because infants are tested and this is a treatable condition. So the response to any reference (calling you a cretin) would not rationally call for a response referring to the clinical condition known as Congenital Hypothyroidism. It would call for a response to being accused of stupidity, vulgarity, or to being an insensitive clod or lout.
