Stephen,

I posted that paragraph in response to the question of when the TDFX insiders are allowed to sell following the IPO, not necessarily its effect. I don't understand if the time restriction in the lock-up period (in the context of the paragraph I quoted) applies to shares purchased by employee during the IPO or not. Someone who understands legal mumbo-jumbo could perhaps shed some light on this.

P.S. I too followed (loosely) the RMBS lock-up release. Low 40's would have been a nice entry point. Unfortunately, I was fully invested at the time (can you guess which company?).

Stephen,

I'd be carefull discounting what happens when lockup expires. Take a more carefull look at what happened to RMBS the FIRST time lockup-shares were sold.

It may or may not happen with TDFX, but it is a risk.

Increasing the float should give this stock larger daily average volume. That might be a plus.
