CPQ will not do anything that would undermine their relationship with INTC...CPQ is on the INTC preferred vendor list..(INTC claims their aint such a list..but think again..like Microsoft ..!) CPQ still has to try and chew on Tandem..I think they would be crazy to try to buy coms now..with all the overlap in the NIC area..and 3com is a pretty big bite for CPQ at this point..
