John, Value and direction both have intrinsic importance. Direction dictates the attitudes of the insiders or professionals and value dictates to what degree this attitude is. Value is just as important as direction. Another stock I own, SYCR, the A/D line has been advancing without hesitation while the stock's price tanked.This is a bullish indicator. In Famh's case , the A/D went negative dramatically,but, the price never really tanked. Enthusiasm kept the price afloat even when these shares hit the market. A/D line is reversing, now, so a neutral to bullish environment exists.
