Last look of the tech indicators showed the bullish percent of the spx in the 75. 3 Still in a wedge that wants to go one way or the other but I suspect the break will be down. Why the bp near term momentum rolled over to o's using point and figure aka pnf The 10 week rolled over The 30 week rolled over. And for those who are familiar with or use Decision points service the PMO is suggesting it will break under the zero line. Now throw in the touch of 1666 spx kicked in the 18 value box to the down and for those who think 1786 is coming. Not until the downside is determine. I continue to maintain Spx 1450 during 2014 and probably lower. I'll put up the lower again once many accept the skies may be blue but there's a decent sell off coming. One thing for many to consider that is not discussed by too many. We hear about raising the debt ceiling yet few are saying by how much? Additionally few are considering what that can do re perception and ratings by more than those in the USA. What many are not considering is their could be an agreement re the debt ceiling and no default and there may be some who will say, don't like the FA and put out a sell or warning and that could cause selling many are not considering. Regardless, it's great to have x's and o's. It's great to consider bar charts etc. Yet the one reason I have ooodles of respect for the ZMAN is that he does not live in a box.
