'Gestapo' tactics meet senior citizens at Yellowstone What is amazing is that to this president, "shutdown" means "lockout". It is costing more to shutdown than not because they still need government employees to enforce the lockout. A real shutdown would involve all of the government employees going home and drinking beer until the shutdown is over. Places like Yellowstone may not be "open" and services may not be available, but there would also be nobody there to enforce the shutdown. The behavior of this administration and the democrats in general is despicable and embarrassing.
