It was one of the supposed benefits of the healthcare bill. It was a key tenet of the argument. I don't know how you, or anyone for that matter, could have missed it.

Huh? I'm pretty sure that's BS. What I know I, and probably everyone else, was saying was that we NEED a new system because the emergency room isn't really free and that we would be better off if people didn't have to depend on it. Only Bush and Romney thought it was.

I'm gonna need some links on this one.
