Once again, give me a link. Because, at best, you seriously misunderstood something.

We said that if people could afford to visit the doctor instead of waiting until something got bad enough so that they had to go to the emergency room, fewer people would have to go to the emergency room and we'd ultimately save money. The theory was that Obamacare would improve that. I suppose we'll see if it does.
