And there's no set rule that says that BART workers have to get to make up for it, either. But they can negotiate for it, and they're doing that.

Lavish bonuses? They're asking for like $4,000 a year! Yes, I'm going to begrudge someone a billion dollar bonus but not someone looking for $4,000.
