I have only been observing the market for 1.5 years. I have seen many "surprise" geomagnetic events occur around Bradley dates. Why? I don't know. Is there something with planetary alignment factor in Bradley dates that allows Earth-directed coronal holes to form? That's an interesting article on market weakness.

There are existing sunspots, and one can project their motion. Geomagnetic activity should subside until the last week of October (starting Oct 22 +/- 1 day)...and then there should be a flurry of activity lasting through the end of the month. Keeping this in mind, what you say about the market into early November makes sense. Granted, I'm no expert in predicting sunspots, so I could be very wrong. However, I make observations, watch, and learn :)
