lazar921: Arakis Energy, which is one of the most notoriously volatile stocks in any market, is not a PGDCEB, which is a Post-Gap Dead-Cat Exhaustion Bottom. For such to occur, the stock has to have gapped down 30% in one fell swoop. Big difference from a declining stock that happens to be 30% down. Wish I had more time to explain.
