As soon as it is declared a failure by the MSM, it will be blamed on republicans. Bill, you are 100% correct. I'm thinking that you will hear that mantra as soon as Thanksgiving. They will blame the failure on us or say that it could have been smoother and more successful if we supported it. "It would have been a success/more popular if the Republicans did not sabotage it for 5 years". You can count on it.
