How would you set up a constitutional Republic? Say you had to do it today? And the supreme court has said we are obeying our present constitutional Republic, as you refer to it. And our democracy is making the decisions accordingly. << No, you have to understand, minority rights and even individual rights are the flaw in democracy. But no one knows how to solve that. this is a foolish statement. It was figured out right here in the U.S. of A. The flaw in democracy is those who believe that democracy is the same as a constitutional republic that protects individual rights.
