India deserves this. Unlike China, India is still corrupt, they do not protect intellectual property rights, they cheat and lie to US enforcement agencies such as the UDFDA thereby forcing then to conduct unannounced inspection of their facilities. Yours truly has a personal experience when some folks who attended my USFDA rules and regulations training in India provided official training feedback that they did not benefit from my training because "I refused to show them how to get around the USFDA rules and regulations."
