FED's emperor clothes are now off. They haven't been in control of anything for 5 years and Permanent creation is having no effect. The stock market has been bid up on the assumption that money creation creates commerce, but that isn't true in a supply regime caused by totally wrong fiscal policy. Meanwhile, out at the ranch the economy is in total disarray. It isn't possible for most to grow wealth one iota. Relative to this reality the stock market is way overvalued. Now it's time for the market phenomenon of rising short rates led by the scramble out of risk into Tbill to recognize the overvalued reality.
