Depends on what Obama's agenda is. I still can't rule out that Obama wants the market to tank further, in hopes of getting a Democrat House after the 2014 election. So that he can really implement his full agenda.

That would be a high risk strategy, but I've thought for a year that 2013 and 2014 would be all about fighting with the GOP House. I don't think this is over. Maybe just a short truce

House Majority Leader Eric Cantor: "We expect further conversations tonight." - looks like they realize going through the weekend without a deal will create some massive chaos next week.
