Hi Kiwi. Sorry for the delayed response. Stuck in a meeting since 12:00.

I never include the buffer in my original numbers that I post each day. I don't do this because some people may decide that they want to add a 1 point buffer, while others may add .25 points, while even others want to use the actual levels.

Based on my experience I put the buffer on the far side of the move when looking to enter or exit a position. So if the index is crossing that level from the top, I subtract .50 points. If the index is crossing from underneath (for example when I'm in puts and the index is rebounding) I add .50 points.

Break point yesterday for the SPX was 975
It was 978.30 for the SPZ7.
