14 year low on gold. Yes. Buy low, sell high. Right? Just started a position in TVX gold at 2 7/16. I'll bet any body on this thread that TVX GOLD will out perform S3 in the next 3 to 6 months. Any takers???

Michael:

Insurance won't cover settlement losses if they suspect S3 deliberately fudged the revenue numbers.

IMO, you've got 2 groups who will probe the management actions: class action lawyers and the SEC. To make matters worse, if the CPA firm gets sued (almost a certainity) they will claim S3 misled them. The insurance people will refuse to pay settlements if there is a hint of fraud. Once you've got the details on what transpired, there is the possibility of additional criminal and civil actions both on a state and federal level.

By pushing these "errors" through the year end audit, S3 has screwed themselves and their stockholders. This company's troubles are just beginning.

Happy Holidays,
Ken
