I was comparing it to public education yesterday. * We have failed schools all over the country. * Nearly 40% Percent of Spanish and African Americans students drop out. * Two out of three 8th graders in the country do not read at a proficient level and will never catch up. * Students graduating from High School in general are not prepared to fully and competently engage in adult life. People tend to dismiss those statistics because poor education is not life threatening or anything and there is always hope for young people to find another way. What happens when the success of socialized medical services begins to look like public education?
