Can somebody explain me this:

Bid 22
Bid Size 20
Ask 22 1/16
Ask Size 9

I think the question is about the trade size. In this case
it is 20x9. Does this mean there are people buying than selling?

I know this is an elementary question. Pardon my ignorance.
